1.Characteristic and usage

Base on phenolic resin with organic and inorganic glass fiber reinforced, mineral filler and other additives, the product is processed into thermosetting plastics. It has good dimensional stability on high temperature. It is mainly used for heat resistance and high mechanical strength and toughness structural parts, etc. It gains the UL label. It is suitable for injection molding, transfer molding and compression molding. The product is in granular form.

3.Moulding condition for compression(for reference)

Notes: After moulding compound is preheated, must join the mould 2-10 seconds then exhaust air in mould to add again to press.
1) Preheating condition
Temperature: 105-125 o
Time: 10-20 minutes
2) Curing condition

Temperature: 165-175 oC
Pressure: 25-40 MPa
Time: 1.0 minutes/mm

4.Moulding condition for injection(for reference)
1) Barrel temperature
Nozzle : 90-100 o
Inlet : 70-80 oC
2) Mold temperture
Fixed mold : 165-175 oC
Moving mold : 170-180 oC

3) Injection pressure and time
Injection pressure: 80-160 MPa
Keeping pressure: 100-200 MPa
Keeping time: 20-30 seconds/mm

5.Package and storage

The products should be packed in moisture-proof liner bags to keep dry; the net weight of product is 25kg. On the bag, the type, batch number, weight and manufacture date of product should be marked.

The products should be prevented from moisture and heat. They should be stored in cool and dry warehouse. They should be kept away form fire, warm air and sunlight. The product storage life is one year. If the products are out of the storage limit, the another tests should be done, and then the qualified products still can be used.
